Fine Arts Radio, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting classical and classic music in Connecticut and New York, particulary as broadcast over the stations of WMNR Fine Arts Radio which are licensed seperately to the Town of Monroe, Connecticut.
Incorporated on January 21, 1985 with the State of Connecticut, Fine Arts Radio, Inc. has a EIN 22-3015791 and files annually with the Internal Revenue Service and the Secretary of State of Connecticut.
Fine Arts Radio, Inc. has a long history as a seperate support organization for WMNR Fine Arts Radio which is self-funded part of the Town of Monroe, Connecticut. Since the Town of Monroe is a 170(c) and not a 501(c)(3) some contributors to WMNR may prefer to donate to Fine Arts Radio, Inc. which will pass on the donations.
